Account Management¶
The user who sets up the account is the account Administrator. The account Administrator has the ability to add users to the account as well as to buy and manage projects and subscriptions. Account management can be accessed from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the platform.
Adding Users to the Account¶
There are three permission levels: Administrators, Editors and Viewers. The primary Administrator can add up to two additional Administrators. There are no limits on the number of Editors and Viewers on an account.
To invite users to the account, the Administrator can select ‘Manage List’ next to the account.
Users are invited over email to create their unique login information. Select Administrator, Editor or Viewer when inviting a user to the account. The following permissions apply:

Buying Projects and Subscriptions¶
To start a project, the Administrator must buy a single project or add a subscription to the account. One project is equivalent to one parcel (or adjacent parcels combined up to 120,000 GSF). Account Administrators and Editors can create unlimited building options on that parcel under one project purchase. The number of projects in the account subscription are equivalent to the maximum number of projects available to the account in one calendar year. To purchase a single project or subscription, click ‘Manage’ in the Subscription and Usage section of the Account Management page.
From here select from ‘Single Project’ or ‘Subscription’.
If a subscription has already been purchased for the account, an Administrator can add individual projects to that subscription or upgrade the subscription to increase the number of projects available.
